Salsa in the Park Begins in One Week!

Dancing Stick FiguresBack again this summer for its 4th year in a row, Salsa in the Park is a FREE community dance event, hosted every Monday evening at the Blackstone Community Center.¬† Organized by MetaMovements Dance Company and other members of Boston’s dance community, Salsa in the Park’s mission is to improve the quality of life of Boston’s communities, by bringing people together in a fun and safe environment, and providing youth job-training opportunities.

Salsa in the Park is a very popular program, and always draws many people together to dance the early evening away!  Just check out this video from last year!

Welcoming More Communities!

This year, Salsa in the Park’s organizers are also planning on introducing more communities around Boston to the program with one-time events, so if you would like them to come to your town, feel free to contact them and let them know!

About Cold Salsero

I’m a regular on the Boston salsa scene. I know all the clubs in Boston, and they all know me. I started dancing back in 2008. I've since become a salsaholic, a fiend, a junkie, etc etc...
